• Full payment required before access or delivery

4. Membership & Digital Products

• Membership (₹500/month or ₹5000/year) is for personal use only
• Content sharing or redistribution is prohibited
• Access may be revoked for misuse

5. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable
• No refunds after access or project start
• Exceptions may be made at our discretion

6. Intellectual Property

All content including videos, designs, code, and text belongs to NKKS Digital Services and cannot be reused without permission.

7. Project Work & Revisions

• Revisions are limited to agreed scope
• Extra changes may be charged
• Timelines depend on project complexity

8. Limitation of Liability

• No guarantee of business results

9. Third-Party Tools
