Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the terms under which NKKS Digital Services provides refunds and handles cancellations for services, digital products, and memberships.

1. General Policy

• All purchases made on www.nkks.co.in are final
• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided
• Please review all details before making a purchase

2. Cancellation Policy (Services)

• Projects can be cancelled before work begins
• If work has already started, cancellation may not be possible
• Any work completed until cancellation will be chargeable

3. Refund Policy (Services)

• No refunds once the project has started
• No refunds after delivery of work
• Partial refunds may be considered before work begins (at our discretion)

4. Digital Products (E-books, Templates, etc.)

• All digital product purchases are non-refundable
• Once access or download is provided, no cancellation is allowed

5. Membership Plans (Data Analytics Training)

• Membership fees (₹500/month or ₹5000/year) are non-refundable
• You can cancel your subscription anytime
• Access will continue until the end of the billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time

6. Exceptions

• If there is a duplicate payment, refund will be processed
• If there is a technical issue from our side preventing access
• All such cases will be reviewed individually

7. Refund Processing

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days
• Refund will be credited to the original payment method
